We provide resources and support for tech companies of any size to host summer apprenticeship programs for high school students. We provide guidance on how to structure a program for apprentices to do real work during their summer break with minimal company overhead.
Bay Academy Apprenticeship program
The program facilitates connections between private and public companies with 16- and 17-year-old high school students throughout the Bay Area for 8+ week, full-time, paid summer apprenticeships in engineering and technology. We focus on helping companies to attract motivated students of all backgrounds including those underrepresented in tech.
